Dr. Alexander provides personalized, long-term gynecologic care for women in midlife and beyond. Services include, but are not limited to, the following:

Your health deserves more than a rushed appointment.

Dr. Alexander deliberately takes the time to listen, understand your full health history, answer your questions, and discuss the concerns that matter to you. Most appointments allow approximately 45 minutes to one hour, depending on each patient’s needs. You will not be rushed through your visit or treated as another appointment on the schedule. The goal is thoughtful, personalized care built around you.

Gynecologic Cancer Evaluation & Second Opinions

Clinical evaluation, medical record review, and second opinions related to cervical, endometrial, ovarian, and vulvar cancers.

Complex Gynecologic Concerns

Evaluation and medical management of fibroids, ovarian cysts, PCOS, pelvic pain, perimenopausal gynecologic concerns, and abnormal uterine or postmenopausal bleeding.

Cervical Cancer Screening, Abnormal Pap & HPV Follow-Up

Cervical cancer screening, counseling, monitoring, and follow-up planning for abnormal Pap tests and HPV.

Telemedicine Follow-Up

Video-based appointments using a computer or smartphone may be available for appropriate follow-up care.

Menopause & Bone Health

Personalized care for menopause symptoms, sexual and vaginal health, osteoporosis risk assessment, and bone density testing when appropriate.

Cancer Screening & Hereditary Cancer Risk Assessment

Review of personal and family history, genetic counseling, and comprehensive or focused genetic testing when necessary. Screening recommendations are based on each patient’s individual history and risk.

Referral & Care Coordination

Diagnostic evaluation and coordination with hospital-based specialists when surgery or other treatment is required.
